About OC1 Pacific 720

The Pacific 720 is an excellent choice not just for outrigger enthusiasts & paracanoeists (it meets the ICF standards in "V1" paracanoe class), but to practice dragon boat paddling as well. For this we equip this model with a multipurpose 2-way adjustable racing seat as standard.

Available constructions

All our boats are available in different constructions in order to meet each customer's preferences. These have been set up to be in line with the requirements of each segment of the market - from hobbyists & clubs to top athletes - while providing the most favourable quality and price conditions for that specific group of users.

The following constructions differ in the raw materials and technologies applied during the manufacturing process. These together determine the stiffness, the weight and the overall interior look of the boat. In practice, an upper construction results a stiffer, more lightweight and more spectacular boat, but it requires more caution during use.

STANDARD+

Materials: Solid laminate hull & deck: fiberglass + carbon-kevlar reinforcement on the middle part / polyester resin

Technology: hand lay-up

Stiffness: 6/10

Description: Basic construction of the model. Carbon-kevlar inlay provides necessary stiffness for the length of the canoe. They are easy to maintain and repair.

Advised: Good value for money boats for hobby and recreational paddlers or for heavy-duty use.
SUPER

Materials: Sandwich cored hull & deck: carbon-kevlar reinforcement / vinyl ester resin

Technology: vacuum bagging

Stiffness: 8/10

Weight: 8/10

Description: Sandwich cored hulls together with advanced reinforcement materials and manufacturing technologies let us to reduce weight and improve stiffness at the same time. Carbon-kevlar reinforcement offers a remarkably good trade-off between these and the impact resistance of the hull.
